Amicus Restaurant

Amicus Restaurant sits on Paul Street, in the heart of Cork city’s Huguenot Quarter, in County Cork. The restaurant occupies a converted late 19th-century listed warehouse, and the building’s proportions lend the dining room a light-filled, spacious character while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and contemporary.

It is an all-day venue, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a separate lounge where you can settle in for cocktails, tapas and a drink. Tea, coffee, pastries and snacks are available through the day, and there is a full bar with beers, spirits and an extensive wine list.

The kitchen keeps things straightforward and generous, built around fresh, locally sourced produce. The menu ranges widely, from Irish staples such as mussels and stew to Italian pasta and pizza and a broad selection of international dishes. Amicus is a family-run business with a second Cork location in Douglas, both offering the same menu.
