Profile
Booley Bay Beach lies on the County Wexford coast, reached from the New Ross side of the county. It is a sheltered sandy bay backed by low cliffs and green farmland.
Beaches like this are popular for swimming, paddling and shore walks, and the quieter setting means they rarely feel crowded outside the height of summer. As with any unsupervised Irish beach, take note of tides and conditions before going into the water. Bring what you need with you, as facilities at smaller bays are usually limited.
