Dingle Cookery School

Dingle Cookery School is based in Dingle, County Kerry, where the surrounding peninsula supplies seafood landed at the local pier along with lamb, dairy and vegetables from nearby farms.

Classes are hands on and run in a working kitchen, covering Irish home cooking, seafood, baking and seasonal ingredients, with the food you prepare eaten at the end of the session. Formats range from short demonstrations to longer courses, and no great experience is needed to take part. Booking ahead is advisable, particularly during the busier summer months.
