Freedom Surf School

Freedom Surf School operates at Tramore in County Waterford, on the long beach that has made the town the county’s best-known surfing spot.

Lessons cater for beginners and improvers, with boards, wetsuits and instruction supplied, and Tramore’s sheltered bay gives forgiving conditions for a first time on a wave. The school is a short walk from the promenade and the town’s cafes and shops, so a session in the water fits easily into a day at the seaside.
