Glendalough Visitor Centre

Glendalough Visitor Centre is the interpretive centre for the early medieval monastic settlement at Glendalough, County Wicklow, in the Wicklow Mountains National Park. The site, associated with Saint Kevin, sits in a glacial valley of two lakes and includes a round tower, churches and carved crosses among its surviving stone remains.

The centre introduces the history and archaeology of the place through exhibitions and an audio-visual presentation, and it is the sensible starting point before walking out to the ruins, the lakes and the marked trails that climb the valley sides.
