Kells Bay House and Gardens lies at Kells on the Ring of Kerry, overlooking Dingle Bay. The gardens are known for their subtropical planting, sheltered by the mild coastal climate of the south-west, with tree ferns and other southern-hemisphere species thriving along the woodland paths.

Walks lead down through the grounds towards the shore, past streams and waterfalls, and there is refreshment on site. It is one of the more unusual stops on the Ring of Kerry, trading mountain views for a green, enclosed and slightly exotic landscape.
