Listowel Castle

Listowel Castle stands in the centre of Listowel, County Kerry, overlooking the River Feale. Its surviving towers and connecting wall are the remains of a medieval stronghold associated with the Fitzmaurice lords of Kerry, and the structure has long been the defining historic feature of the town.
