New Acropolis

New Acropolis is based in Rathmines, County Dublin, and operates as a cultural and philosophical association running a programme of public activities.

Its centre hosts courses, lectures, discussion evenings, workshops and cultural events drawing on philosophy, history, comparative culture and the arts, along with volunteering and community initiatives. Sessions are generally open to newcomers with no prior background required. Anyone interested should look at the current schedule in advance, since events are organised in terms and vary from one part of the year to the next.
