Newbridge House & Farm

Newbridge House and Farm lies at Donabate in north County Dublin, an eighteenth-century country house set in extensive parkland.

Guided tours take in the panelled reception rooms, family collections and the service quarters below stairs, giving a picture of both the household and those who worked in it. Outside, a traditional farm keeps cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry in restored courtyard buildings, with walled garden, woodland walks and a playground nearby. The combination of house, farm and grounds makes it a straightforward day out with children.
