North Tipperary Genealogy Centre

The North Tipperary Genealogy Centre is based in Nenagh, County Tipperary, and helps people trace ancestors from the northern half of the county.

Staff work with parish registers, civil records and other local sources to build family histories, and can advise on how far a search is likely to get with the information you already hold. Anyone descended from north Tipperary families will find it a practical starting point. The centre sits alongside Nenagh’s heritage displays, so a research visit can be combined with a look at the town’s history.
