Occasion Cars

Occasion Cars is a chauffeur-driven luxury car hire company based in Shannon, County Clare. Rather than a place to visit, it is a transport service, providing chauffeured travel for weddings, corporate events, graduation balls, private tours and excursions, and airport transfers. While it is based in Clare, the company operates a nationwide service across Ireland and highlights competitive rates throughout the West of Ireland, taking in counties Clare, Limerick, Galway, Mayo, Kerry and Cork.

The fleet is aimed at special occasions and includes a white Jaguar XF, a grey BMW 7-Series, a black Mercedes, a Chrysler 300C, along with SUVs, minibuses and coaches for larger groups. Vehicles are professionally detailed before each hire, and the service is fully licensed and insured with experienced chauffeurs. For weddings, cars can be dressed with ribbons, bows and a floral arrangement, and complimentary drinks are included with rentals.

Occasion Cars is a member of Weddingsonline.ie and holds a Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter certification. The company describes itself as an LGBTQ-friendly wedding provider and has received a number of industry awards in recent years. Bookings and enquiries can be made directly through the company for those planning a wedding, business trip, tour or transfer in the region.
