Photo Museum Ireland

Photo Museum Ireland is dedicated to photography and sits in Meeting House Square in Dublin’s Temple Bar, in the middle of the city’s cultural quarter. Its galleries host changing exhibitions of Irish and international work, from documentary and portraiture to contemporary art photography.

Alongside the exhibitions it runs an education programme of courses and talks, and holds an archive of Irish photographic material. Admission to the galleries is generally free, making it an easy addition to an afternoon wandering Temple Bar’s cobbled streets.
