Roe & Co Whiskey Distillery sits in The Liberties, County Dublin, the old distilling quarter of the city and the district that once produced whiskey on a scale to rival any in the world. The distillery takes its name from George Roe, whose operation was among the giants of nineteenth-century Dublin whiskey.

Visitors are taken through the making of whiskey and finish with tasting and cocktail experiences. Tours are usually booked in advance, so check availability before calling in.
