Profile
Ros Goill, also written as the Rossguill Peninsula, is a stretch of land in north County Donegal reaching out between Sheephaven Bay and Mulroy Bay, taking in the townland of Glenoory. It is classic Donegal coastal country, with dunes, headlands, small roads and wide Atlantic views.
Beaches are the main draw, along with walking and simply following the winding coastal routes that loop around the peninsula. The scenery shifts constantly between sand, machair, rock and water, and the area forms part of the wider Wild Atlantic Way coastline through the north of the county.
