Skerries South Beach

Skerries South Beach stretches along the shore of the seaside town of Skerries in north County Dublin, within walking distance of the harbour and main street.

It is a stretch of sand and shallow water popular with walkers, swimmers and families, with views out towards the small islands off the coast. The town has a long tradition of sea swimming, and the coastal path north towards the harbour and Red Island makes an enjoyable walk in any season. Bring layers, as the east coast breeze can be sharp.
