Profile
St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, in Dublin’s north city, County Dublin, is the principal Catholic church of the city and the seat of the Archbishop of Dublin. Its Greek Revival frontage, with tall columns and portico, gives the church a strongly classical presence just off O’Connell Street.
Inside, the domed interior is used daily for services, and the church has a long-standing choral tradition. Visitors are welcome outside service times; as with any working church, keep noise down and be mindful of those at prayer during your visit.
