Stillgarden Distillery

Stillgarden Distillery is a working distillery in Inchicore, a long-established neighbourhood west of Dublin city centre with deep industrial and railway roots. Spirits are produced on site, and visitors can usually combine a look at the production side with tastings and a shop selling bottles to take away.

The premises also functions as a place to sit and drink rather than simply tour. Inchicore is a straightforward journey from the centre by bus or Luas red line, and the distillery sits within an area that rewards a wander in its own right.
