Surf'SUP Surf School

Surf’SUP Surf School teaches surfing and stand-up paddleboarding on the County Donegal coast, where Atlantic swell and long sandy beaches have made the county one of Ireland’s main surf destinations.

Lessons typically cover the basics of paddling, standing and reading the water, with boards and wetsuits provided and instructors watching conditions closely. Beginners and improvers alike are catered for, and the cold water is less of an obstacle than most people expect once suited up. Sessions depend on tide, swell and weather.
