UCD

UCD – University College Dublin – occupies a large parkland campus at Belfield on the south side of Dublin, County Dublin. It is one of Ireland’s biggest universities, with faculties spread across modern buildings set among lawns, woodland and a lake.

The campus is open to walkers and has an easy, green feel that contrasts with the city centre a few kilometres away. Alongside teaching and research facilities there are sports grounds, cafes and cultural spaces, and public lectures, exhibitions and events run through the academic year. Regular bus services connect Belfield with the city.
