Profile
Doolin Pitch and Putt Club sits on the Atlantic coast at Ballaghaline in Doolin, County Clare, on the road between Fisher Street and Doolin Pier just off the R479 and around five minutes from the village. The 18-hole, par-3 links course opened in 1995 and enjoys an open, elevated setting looking out towards the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands and Doonagore Castle.
The course is designed to suit players of every standard, offering enough of a challenge for the experienced while remaining approachable for beginners and children. Families and groups are welcome, and clubs and balls can be hired on site, with right- and left-handed sets available for adults and youngsters alike.
There is ample free parking, along with a small shop for drinks, sweets and ice creams. The course is open daily from March through October, from 10am. Visitors are advised to check the club’s website or Facebook page for current green fees, opening times and booking details before travelling.
