Garrylucas, White Strand

Garrylucas, also known as White Strand, is a sandy beach on the County Cork coast, close to Garrettstown and the wider Old Head of Kinsale area. Its pale sands and open Atlantic outlook make it a pleasant place for a coastal walk, a swim in season, or a family day beside the sea. Backed by dunes and green countryside, the beach forms part of an attractive run of strands along this part of West Cork. It is easily combined with the neighbouring beaches for those exploring the coast around Kinsale.
