Kilbaha Gallery

Kilbaha Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in the village of Kilbaha, on the Loop Head Peninsula in west County Clare. Sitting along the Wild Atlantic Way near the road to Loop Head Lighthouse, it represents the work of professional contemporary artists from across Ireland, with a collection that ranges from bronze sculpture and oil painting to mixed media, ceramics and textile art.

The gallery is run by co-owners Ailish Connolly and Liz Greehy, who between them showcase the work of up to fifty Irish artists. It has an on-site bronze foundry, which allows the gallery to commission and oversee custom pieces, and it has been trading for roughly a decade, having earned recognition including a Best New Business award in Clare and a top-three placing for Munster in the Bank of Ireland Start Up Awards.

Alongside original artwork, the gallery stocks prints, photography, cards, candles, soaps and other gifts, and gift vouchers are available. A small spot at the rear of the shop serves tea, coffee and snacks, making it an easy place to pause while exploring this quiet corner of the Loop Head Peninsula.
