Moher Hill Open Farm

Moher Hill Open Farm and Leisure Park is a family-run open farm and leisure park in County Clare, set on the western seaboard overlooking Liscannor Bay and close to the Cliffs of Moher. Run by the Canavan family, it opened in June 2000 as a six-acre farm and has since grown to around fifteen acres, gaining a zoo licence in 2019.

The farm gives visitors of all ages the chance to meet and learn about a wide range of animals. Alongside familiar Irish farm animals, you will find more unusual species such as emu, ostrich, llama, red deer, raccoons and Kune Kune pigs, kept within paddocks across the grounds.

Beyond the animals, there is plenty to keep children occupied, including a go-kart track, a mini-golf course, a bouncing castle, an indoor sand area, and both indoor and outdoor play areas. A nature walk, animal paddocks, a display of antique farm machinery, and picnic areas round out the day, with free on-site parking for cars and coaches.

The park operates seasonally, generally opening from March to October, with festive Santa visits in December. As opening times, admission prices and seasonal arrangements can change, it is worth checking the official website before travelling.
